As of August 2008, I have finished writing the Everything Guide to Las Vegas, which is scheduled to be published in 2009. I have just started writing my sixth book for that same publisher, the Everything Guide to Italy, which will be published in late 2009 or early 2010.

My first book is part of the Everything “Family Travel” series from Adams Media. It is a 100,000-word introduction to cruise ships and all of the experiences they offer.

Originally published as Have the Whole Boat, this book won the publisher’s Editor’s Choice award for outstanding editorial quality, and in February 2007 it was named a finalist in the ForeWord Best Travel Guide 2006 contest. The actual title of this book is the Everything Family Travel Guide to Northern California and Lake Tahoe. (Long, I know!) The book is due out in November 2008, and as of this writing, pre-orders were being taken by Barnes and Noble. You can click here to order your copy.
